Payment Policy

• To reserve a tour with Andaman Xplorer, please confirm your travel dates with us. Your booking will be tentatively held until the receipt of an advance payment.
• All services are confirmed only upon receipt of a 75% advance payment (inclusive of taxes).
• The remaining 25% must be paid on the first day of your tour.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy aligns with our cancellation guidelines. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on cancellation charges and the refund process.

At Andaman Xplorer, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your travel plans. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we have outlined our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Timeframe	Cancellation Charge
Before 30 days or more	20% of the tour cost
Between 30 to 10 days before departure	40% of the tour cost
Between 10 to 2 days before departure	60% of the tour cost
Within 2 days of departure	80% of the tour cost

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation charges outlined above, and the remaining balance will be credited back to your original payment method.
